Raylene is a University of Saskatchewan graduate, having graduated with an Environmental Biology degree. Raylene has had an interest in biology and ecology for many years, which carried over into her professional career.  Having worked in pools for many years, Raylene has enjoyed the aquatic side of life, leading her to Troutreach and studying freshwater snails.

A dream of Raylene’s is to create a positive change in the world, hopefully working towards a more sustainable society. Her future plans include going for a master’s degree in sustainability or following up this study with more research as a master's thesis.
